To obtain the required cooling capacity, multiply the value at nominal conditions by the correction factors (i.e. cooling capacity = P x f1 x f2 x f3, where P is the cooling capacity at conditions (1)). PCW, in its standard configuration, can operate up to ambient temperatures of max 113°F (45°C) and min. 41°F (5°C) and water temperatures of max. 86°F (30°C) inlet and min. 32°F (0°C) outlet. The correction factors are approximative; for a precise selection, always refer to the software selection program.

Description

Parker Hyperchill-TS Thermal Spray Process Water Chillers provide the perfect solution for removal of heat during thermal spray applications. As the cost of water increases and conservation plans continue to be implemented, the use of a closed loop process chiller becomes the most economical and energy efficient choice.

To further enhance energy savings, the Hyperchill-TS Thermal Spray Process Water Chiller utilizes ‘true cycling’ which allows the chiller to be turned on and off based on the thermal demand of the process itself. This is accomplished without water temperature fluctuation due to a thermal mass (buffer tank) which provides cold mass storage.

Furthermore, the use of a compliant scroll compressor and the latest environmentally-friendly refrigerant R407C (10% more efficient than R134a and 5% more efficient than R404A) make the Hyperchill-TS Thermal Spray Process Water Chiller one of the most energy efficient-chillers on the market.
